Since 1985, William Clark Chamberlin Equestrian Center has been the center of the Anchorage equine community...

Our Mission

The William C. Chamberlin Equestrian Center operates with the purpose of education and community engagement within the Anchorage horse community and beyond.  WCCEC is home to therapeutic and rehabilitative training for handicapped individuals through Equine Assisted Therapy Alaska or EATA.  Multiple horse shows are held at WCCEC each year and benefit various charitable organizations including youth organizations, community service organization and other horse organizations.

Natural Disasters

The Equestrian Center is the emergency evacuation point for horses and livestock in the Anchorage area. An Anchorage hillside evacuation plan is in its first phases and will be shared here when completed.

No hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle.
