Membership Meeting Overview 2019

Thank You to everyone who came out to the meeting and supported us with donations!

Thank you everyone for coming out and making it a wonderful meeting last week! I know some reached out who couldn't make it due to extenuating circumstances so here is a general idea of how it went.

A big thank you to M bar D Anchorage for donating some beautiful leather halters and gift cards! As well as a big thank you to Flying Dutchman Pastry shop for cookies and chocolates!

Thank you to 12100 Coffee house for providing the space!

Nancy and Zoe generally went over 2018 expense and profit, which will be provided below. ( You can find larger profit and loss graphs and financials on our website at )

As always Administrative expenses are at the top of the expense list, however without these employees there would be no one to open the gates or drag the areas. Our second biggest expense is manure removal and porta-potties.

As for income facility rental and stall rental are our biggest income. Membership used to be our biggest form of income but it has been down significantly in the past few years. We ask that everyone please, if you use the facility to either purchase a membership or a day use pass.

Sorry for the delay in getting our meeting notes out! I was trying to get some announcements wrapped up so I can announce them in this email!

We now have an Anchorage equestrian 4-H program! Zoe Seppi is the 4-H leader and it will be happening out of the equestrian center. Keep yours eyes peeled for more announcements to come, we are in the very early stages of planning. We hope to have our first meeting around April.
